Reference timing begins after the agreed deposit, final specification, artwork and sample approval unless otherwise stated.
Buyer responsibilities
The buyer supplies accurate consignee and customs information and completes destination requirements on time. Duties and taxes follow the agreed Incoterm.
Damage or shortage
Record carton condition and product evidence promptly and contact LH Homecraft under the Claims & Refunds policy.
